What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share with us through the contact and assessment forms: your name, work email address, company name, area of interest, and the content of your message. Self-assessment answers are processed in your browser; only the resulting maturity profile is included if you choose to submit the follow-up form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
- To prepare for conversations you request with us.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Form processing
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form delivery service that processes the submitted fields solely to route the message to us. If you contact us by email instead, your message is handled by our email provider.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the website.
Payments
Payments for INFIQON product subscriptions are processed by Razorpay on our behalf. Card, UPI, and bank details are captured and processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy; we never see or store your full payment credentials. We receive and retain transaction metadata (payer name, email, amount, tax details, and payment reference) as required to issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations.
Data retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
